With two stories from Las Vegas and one just a shot heard round the nation, I give you sexy goings on; two of real people, one a historic icon. Summer is a typical slow time of year for The Sex Files, but I do like to keep my hand in reporting on what I can, when I can. Sure, there will be more stuff coming, as always within the month, and then I will be back to my irregular regular schedule of reporting. I hope you are all having a great summer…and keeping cool. Or at least, when you are hot and sweaty it is for a good reason.

#1. You may not know this unless you have ever been, although plenty of photographs show it bright and clear, but standing at the façade of the New York skyline at the New York-New York Hotel & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip is a mini replica of the Statue of Liberty. Sculpted by Robert S. Davidson and considered among other things, a ‘fresh-faced,’ even ‘sexier’ version than the lady standing sentinel in New York’s harbor, the U.S. Postal service used this version on their “Statue of Liberty Forever” stamp. The only thing is…the USPS grabbed the image of Davidson’s statue from a Getty Image and did not obtain copyright permission.

This week a judge ordered the USPS to pay Davidson, from a suit he had brought against the Postal Service, 3.5 million dollars for their illegal ‘acquisition.’

#2. Stormy Daniels announced across social media this week that she is releasing a new “sensual pheromone infused” fragrance. The scent is called Truth, and she is receiving criticism as well as support in equal measure for her entrepreneurial spirit. A quipster quick to quip noted that Stormy’s Truth is released in a limited edition run.

And hot off the presses as I write this (actually the report appeared the morning after I wrote this SEX FILES), Stormy Daniels was just arrest at the Columbus, Ohio strip club Sirens for allowing a patron to touch her. The patron was a female police officer actually and Stormy put her hands on the PD’s butt and breasts, and then her big breasts in the cop’s face.

#3 Our friends, The Erotic Heritage Museum, have become the new broadcast home of the “Vegas Uncensored” radio show. Broadcast on Demon Seed Radio Network, Wednesdays 5-7 p.m. (PDT), Vegas Uncensored is hosted by Harley Fire and is co-hosted by Lorraine Tully. Harley Fire is the former host of Industry XXX Radio and with pin-up and glamour model Tully at his side he will begin to add live tapings to his broadcasts as he covers the sexy side (or sexier side) of Las Vegas in his weekly shows.
