There truly are some superstars in the world of adult entertainment. Men and women known as much by their parts (and how they use them) as by their bigger-than-life personalities. Katie Morgan is one such superstar. The perky blonde dynamo, best known for her long-running series of specials and documentaries about sex on HBO, her role in Zack and Miri Make a Porno, her fantastic body and that cutesy voice, is beginning her own show starting March 2nd at 1 pm PT on Vivid Radio, the world’s most listened to adult radio network. Having Sex, with Katie Morgan will air weekly on Wednesdays and will be a lively, upbeat interactive hour of conversation with Katie’s old and new fans, friends and guests from adult entertainment and Hollywood. The show will be available on VividRadio.com and on the SiriusXM app channel 791.

I was lucky enough to get a little time with Katie to ask her some questions about her new radio show and about what’s happening in her life in general.

H.B.O. movies, etc…and now Vivid Radio, what do you expect from this new venture? What kind of ground can you cover in radio, you haven’t yet on these other forums?

I think it’s a great way to reach fans. On HBO or in the movies they can watch but on VividRadio.com fans can participate in the show. They can call in and reach us directly or send an email that we can answer on the show live.

And broadcasting naked, is this to keep you more in the mood or to make your guests feel welcome? And will you tweet pics so you can prove to people you are indeed naked?

I am naked a lot anyway. I post pictures of it all the time but only to Twitter of course. We are all naked under our clothes.

Are there any subjects you don’t want to cover so much…or is everything possible to cover?

There aren’t really any subjects that I won’t cover from my personal life to my professional life, I’ll answer pretty much anything.

Cable, movies, radio…what haven’t you tackled that you still want to?

There are still a few things I haven’t done yet. I definitely want to get into production on the adult side, I want to produce and direct. Also at some point I’d love to try stand-up comedy if I ever grow big enough balls.

Specifically for 2016, beyond Vivid Radio and H.B.O. what’s coming up for you?

For 2016 I have lots of projects in the works. Mostly on the adult side, a couple of mainstream ventures as well.  I’m also still doing my feature dancing tour traveling to clubs all over the country to meet fans in person.

From your perspective, working in mainstream as well as in and out of hardcore, what do you think of porn these days?

Actually I came back to shooting hard-core in September of last year. I’ve always loved the adult industry. It’s just so much fun. It’s great to be back working with old friends and making new ones.
