The name Bethenny Frankel was unfamiliar to me until I tried Skinnygirl. Evidently, Frankel is a reality TV personality with a lifestyle brand called Skinnygirl. Part of her brand includes a foray into cosmetics. The Skinnygirl skin care line is sold exclusively at Wal-Mart and through her website. I tried the Skinnygirl Tinted Daily Moisturizer ($10.99, .9oz) and surprisingly it did a decent job. The tinted moisturizer is made of vitamin E, jojoba and SPF 15 and not intended to act as a full coverage foundation. The product comes in a tube with a generous built-in brush that gives even application. It provided a minimal amount of coverage, but extremely hydrating. I waited about five minutes before applying any other products to ensure full absorption. For those willing to venture to Wal-Mart or for people seeking an adequate moisturizer with that no makeup look, then Skinnygirl is for you!
