I had never really given much thought to air fresheners other than the old school aerosol cans that have scents like American Apple Pie or Mountain Rain.  Little did I know that there is an alternative called a home fragrance mist. The 30 year old botanical line Thymes creates fragrances for body and home including home fragrance mists. I tried the Thymes Agave Nectar mist ($17, 3oz) which has notes of citrus, gourmand, and green. The mist was crisp and fresh; perfect for spring. You don’t need to douse a room with it as the mist has a light but potent aroma to freshen up a room. People will start asking “what’s that smell?” and in a good way!
